Out of the Box:
Provided: PDA running Pocket PC, PDA Software, Server, Web Portal,
Installation, Training.
Price: The client will pay a leasing rate per month per user.
For less than 10 users the lease rate is U$425 per user month or U$15 per user day.
For 10-20 users it is $300 per user per month. This includes all hardware, software,
installation and training. Maintenance is 15% per annum including hardware, software maintenance.
ROI: Most of our clients experience a quantifiable and ‘hard’ ROI within 4
months. We use our MIRM™ (Mobile Investment Return Metric) to help identify and quantify the ROI.
Process: To maximize the benefits of this
out of the box system we implement the solution in phases;
Business process mapping and modeling to understand your business (typically one week).
Interface customization and re-modeling our core interface to suit your business flow (typically 2 weeks).
Pilot prototype with end users to test and configure the system (typically 3-4 weeks).
Debugging and re-prototyping (typically 2 weeks).
Phased rollout to the Field Force with training.
